We are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Business Development Executives to support our continued growth across the North West and East Midlands.

The role:

You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and growing existing accounts across your region.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and targeting new clients, sectors, and opportunities
  • Building and managing a strong and active sales pipeline
  • Attending meetings generated by our marketing team
  • Presenting and promoting our fire and security solutions
  • Preparing proposals and delivering persuasive sales presentations
  • Negotiating and closing profitable deals
  • Upselling and cross-selling across our services
  • Building long-term relationships with clients
  • Working closely with technical and operations teams to ensure successful delivery
  • Monitoring market trends and competitor activity

About you:

We’re looking for a motivated, results-driven individual with a strong B2B sales background and a proactive mindset.

Essential:
  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage your own pipeline and work independently
  • Commercial awareness and a consultative sales approach
  • Experience using CRM systems
Desirable (but not essential):
  • Experience within the fire and security industry
  • Knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, or access control systems

Full product and industry training will be provided for the right candidate.

Servicing and Maintenance Engineers
North East, North West and East Midlands

We’re recruiting a Servicing & Maintenance Engineer to join a busy, growing security company with a strong reputation and a long-term pipeline of work. If you’re an experienced engineer who enjoys variety, autonomy, and technical challenge — and wants real training and progression — this role is for you.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be working across a wide range of systems, including:

  • Intruder alarms
  • CCTV systems
  • Access control
  • Nurse call systems
  • Traffic barriers
Your role will include:
  • Servicing and maintaining security systems across client sites
  • Responding to breakdowns and planned maintenance visits
  • Carrying out small installation and upgrade works
  • Liaising with the service desk and customers
  • Completing job reports and certification
  • Explaining system operation and reducing false alarms
  • Participating in the out-of-hours call-out rota

What We’re Looking For

You’ll be a capable, customer-focused engineer with a proactive attitude.

Essential:
  • Proven experience as a security service engineer
  • Knowledge of intruder systems including Galaxy, Texecom, Scantronic, Orisec
  • Experience with access control systems including Paxton, PAC, Avigilon, TDSI, Salto
  • Experience with CCTV platforms including Hikvision, Hanwha, Avigilon, Milestone
  • IP / networking experience
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Ability to pass enhanced DBS and security screening
Desirable:
  • CSCS card or Safety Passport
  • IPAF 1b, 3a & 3b
  • PASMA
